TURN AROUND TIME, SHIPPING, AND RETURNS
All custom items are FINAL SALE. We accept returns ONLY for exchange or store credit. This must be established within 48 hours of any purchase. We do NOT issue refunds.
Please refer to each item’s description for the turn around time in which you will receive it. Because they are made to order, most pieces require 2 – 3 weeks in production, however, some have a faster turn around. If you need expedited production and shipping, please reach out to email@example.com to see if it is possible with your specific request.
Unless your order arrived damaged or a mistake was made in fulfillment, you are expected to pay for return shipping on repairs. Shipping costs are not refunded and UPS, FedEx or USPS are recommended. Lost packages or additional damage in transit are not our responsibility with return shipment. Please insure the package for the full amount. When returning pieces or shipping repairs, include original packaging as well as a note. If you break your piece and need a repair, the same applies. All repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis. The same goes for resizing. If you are local, you are welcome to stop by the store any time Tuesday through Saturday from 11 to 5pm.
